Collection at Checkout
Customers provide personal data directly when submitting an order. We require a recipient name, telephone number, Hong Kong delivery address, and product selection to process the purchase.
Providing required information is voluntary, but we may be unable to accept or fulfill an order without it. Customers should provide complete and accurate details and notify Omnisculpta promptly when information changes.
Omnisculpta operates through Cash on Delivery. We do not request online card details at checkout. The complete purchase amount is paid in cash when the courier delivers the parcel.
How Information Is Used
Omnisculpta may use personal data to:
- Review, accept, prepare, and dispatch orders;
- Arrange free delivery within Hong Kong;
- Contact customers about timing, access, or order changes;
- Record completed or failed delivery attempts;
- Review cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests;
- Detect website misuse, false submissions, or operational disruption;
- Maintain business, customer service, and transaction records;
- Meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and dispute requirements; and
- Improve website content, product information, and customer communication.
We do not use personal data for an unrelated purpose without taking steps required under applicable law.
Delivery and Service Providers
Omnisculpta may disclose necessary personal data to couriers, website service providers, communication providers, record-storage services, professional advisers, or public authorities.
Couriers receive information needed to deliver an order and collect Cash on Delivery payment. Service providers may access limited information while performing work for Omnisculpta and are expected to use it only for the assigned purpose.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory request, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Omnisculpta does not sell customer personal data.
Returns and Bank Transfers
Eligible returns are available for damaged items, incorrect products, or an incorrect size delivered. When reviewing a request, we may collect photographs, order information, correspondence, and collection details.
An exchange is arranged first. If replacement stock is unavailable, the refund is issued by bank transfer after the 24-hour assessment. We collect only the bank information needed to complete that transfer.
Customers should send bank details only through the channel specified by Omnisculpta. We do not use refund information to collect payment or promote products.
Direct Marketing Choices
Omnisculpta will not use personal data for direct marketing unless the notices and consent requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance have been addressed. Silence or failure to reply will not be seen as consent.
Where a customer has consented, they may withdraw that consent at any time without charge by emailing collective@omnisculpta.com. Omnisculpta will stop using the relevant personal data for direct marketing after receiving and processing the request.
Accuracy and Retention
We take practical steps to keep personal data accurate for the purpose for which it is used. Customers may help by reporting changes to their contact, delivery, or refund information.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the relevant purpose, address disputes, maintain transaction records, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. When information is no longer required, we will delete it or remove identifying details through appropriate procedures.
Different records may have different retention periods because order, delivery, refund, accounting, and legal requirements differ.
Data Safeguards
Omnisculpta applies administrative, physical, and digital safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information held. Access is limited to people and service providers who require the information for legitimate operational duties.
No transmission or storage system can eliminate every risk. If an incident involving personal data occurs, Omnisculpta will assess its nature, limit further exposure where practical, document the response, and make any notification required under applicable Hong Kong requirements.
Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal data and should notify us if they believe a fake person has accessed their correspondence.
Access and Correction Requests
Subject to lawful exceptions, individuals may ask whether Omnisculpta holds their personal data, request access to that data, or ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
Requests should be emailed to collective@omnisculpta.com with enough information to identify the requester and relevant records. We may request identity information before responding. Any permitted access fee will not be excessive, and requests will be handled within the period required by Hong Kong law.
We may decline or limit a request where legislation permits, and we will provide a reason when required.
Hong Kong Privacy Framework
Omnisculpta handles personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and its six Data Protection Principles covering collection, accuracy, retention, use, safeguards, openness, access, and correction. Guidance issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data also informs our practices.
The Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), and applicable record-keeping duties may also affect information handled through online orders and customer communications.
